Welcome to Drip Booster PLLC. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Our IV therapy services are available only to clients who are at least 18 years old. Services may be provided only after completion of the required intake forms and, if necessary, medical clearance. All clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
Our IV therapy services are designed to support hydration, recovery, and overall wellness. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Services should not replace medical care from a licensed physician. Always consult your doctor before starting any new health regimen. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
By booking a service, you acknowledge and consent to the risks and benefits of IV therapy. You also consent to treatment provided by licensed medical professionals employed or contracted by Drip Booster PLLC.
Payment is required at the time of booking or service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or the full service charge. Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete a treatment or experience an adverse reaction, partial credits may be provided at management’s discretion.
By receiving services, you agree to release Drip Booster PLLC, its staff, and its contractors from liability for any adverse effects, injuries, or outcomes, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct. You understand and accept that results may vary and that treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Optional add-ons and NAD+ therapies may be included with your service but should only be used after consultation with our providers. These treatments are provided as supportive wellness services and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
