Refund Policy

At Drip Booster PLLC, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review our refund policy before booking a service.

All payments for IV therapy treatments, add-ons, and NAD+ packages are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Due to the nature of personalized medical treatments, we cannot issue refunds after an infusion has begun or been completed.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future service. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

If you experience an adverse reaction or are unable to complete a treatment for medical reasons, management may, at its discretion, issue a partial credit toward future services.
